Person & Craver LLP's expertise in the areas of construction and government contracting has grown into a substantial practice in the area of environmental remediation contracting. This area is a melding of government contract law, construction law and environmental law, and the Person & Craver LLP attorneys have considerable experience with it.

Mr. Craver was co-counsel in a first of its kind Federal District Court litigation action involving a claim for differing site conditions by an EPA Alternative Remediation Contracting Strategy ("ARCS") cleanup subcontractor at a Federal Superfund Site.   His practice frequently involves handling a variety of claims and bid protests for clients engaged in all manner of cleanup projects and efforts undertaken under EPA and DOE contracts.  

Mr. Person has spent considerable time at DOE's Hanford Nuclear Reservation on contract administration and dispute resolution matters, and regularly lectures and writes on the topic of risk management in environmental contracting. The Person & Craver LLP attorneys regularly provide advice and counsel to companies on environmental remediation issues, and particularly companies engaged in federal facility cleanup contracts (mainly DOE facilities).
