Much of Mr. Person's experience over the last twenty- plus years has in one way of the other been connected with the electric utility industry and/or power plant construction contracting. This experience ranges from the design and construction of fossil units to the resolution of several large nuclear power plant disputes. Mr. Person has provided advice to major electric utilities on a number of prudence issues, has gained familiarity with and developed a full understanding of power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, and operation and maintenance contracts. Additionally, he has served in key capacities in a number of major litigations involving power plant projects.
